I'm pretty sure the spendable kash is given when you use the HSN pre paid return mailing label.

I don't think you get it if you pay yourself.

So, I think they deduct for the label (the shipping), but then give you the kash to use toward a future purchase.

 

And yes, I agree the HSN exchange policy is great. 

 

They are also 100% faster in their return time.

HSN takes about 2 days, QVC usually takes about 2 weeks.

Another pleasant surprise about HSN ... a few days ago I ordered an item ... thought about it for an hour or so, and decided to cancel it.

 

About a couple of hours later, I received the amount charged returned to my bank card (my bank notifies me of every transaction I make over $1.00).   How's that for fast service!
