Re: Host not prepared

[ Edited ]

I have a feeling vendors are told not to correct a host; I can count the number of times I have seen a vendor intervene on one hand.  It is very unfortunate if you are a buyer.  I have held off buying something I wanted because I was fairly sure a mistake had been made in the presentation. (And it turns out I was right!)

That is correct. It is especially frustrating with expensive jewelry and the host is incorrect. Having an uncomforatble look on your face does not excuse not correcting the host, Jeff Moseley, Danny Newfeld, and others.

And wrong and low information is why there are so many RETURNS. The reason I "watch" the Q online is b/c I can buy from that. If I have to do the research on my computer there's not much reason to watch online.
