I got the impression that they are mixing things up a bit and making some changes but nothing dramatic.  Amy did say that Kourtney is leaving Monday night and will have her own, new show on another night.

Shawn said lastnight that her 11pm show on Mondays will be more high end that Q never has on air.  She was very excited to sell something different.

Always useful info, thanks!

As one who studies marketing and consumer psychology (not as one who likes or doesn't like a particular host), I think the Q will find that Courtney (separated from Jane and others) is NOT a big Seller.

The #s won't be there. She doesn't have a demographic that the Q needs (not middle-aged, not modern young fashion—still doing long claw nails, fake hair pieces, to name only a few). No particular area of expertise (not a techie, gardener, not a mom/grandmom, not a kitchen/cook, not an exercise/body toner, to name a few).

However, separating a host DOES provide useful data.

@1Professor  Also in marketing (tech), and I agree with you. She's not bringing in the younger demo, and her look is dated (pseudo-Jasmine/Kardashian). I guess she's likable enough. Spinning her off will be more analytically valuable than her perceived expertise because I'm not sure we know what that is.

Re: Fashions Nite In - changing or going away?

[ Edited ]

@Stray  They have stylists and can pick what they want to wear, note she usually wears her own "line" lately and a lot of those shackets.  She looked so awkward in the SG big deal 9/11/23 during FNI with Susan there.  Her "foundational support" was not made to wear under that dress.  Note, that is not a swipe at CK, her stylist should have done better for her and shame on that person.  And separately it makes me leary of the two purchases of this big deal I actually made myself...

Really long nails are distracting, and all the color and nail dazzling that some hosts do is just too much. Stop playing with her hair during presentations will help CK overall because it shows lack of confidence and lack of caring about what you are doing.

But I agree, I think this is a test to break up teams and see who can make numbers swing up.  The "new" Monday is essentially Shawn Says Accesssorize and PM style with Amy is just FNI with a new name.  CK was always an afterthought to sqeeze her in in the original Monday line up I think.

Waiting with great anticipation as to what QVC considers "high end."
