I placed an order with Penneys on Sunday & I have received it already! It did come in two packages, but it's here!

I placed 2 Amazon orders this week...1 on Monday, and 1 on Tuesday.  Both of the orders arrived yesterday (Thursday).  I have had NO problems with Amazon, and I order from them weekly.

@cazenovia   all business of this nature can only staff at 50% at any one time.  They cannot have a full staff at any time until social distancing is gone.  I sure they are doing their best with a reduced staff.  Patience is a virtue. Lol!

I have almost the identical story. What the hell? So infuriating especially when you can't speak to anyone. We are just shut out. I don't know what to do.

Amazon was a real mess March and April particularly with suspending 2 day prime deliveries and having my subscription orders way delayed.  They stated that priority life sustaining deliveries would be made first and kept "updating" expected delivery dates even on those - often  not receiving orders for over a month and have had several orders never coming at all and being refunded.  They even have a fleet of their own delivery vehicles and hire private delivery people so hneir orders should not have taken so long it seems.   For me, QVC was the one place I have received the best delivery from.  I ordered a pair of sketchers around the same time as OP but was sent an email that they would be delayed and given the opportunity to cancel but since I really liked them and had no immediate need to have them or go barefoot was willing to wait and they came yesterday. 

We each have to decide for ourselves

Happily not me..............lol...  I have finally conquered my Q shopping habit of 30 yrs..............

If i want sometihng bad enough,i will wait untill the order that has been MIA is delivered...........

1 item at a time,no matter how long that is between items!!!!

@MalteseMomma @I am in distribution for a globally known company and there are specific rules in place regarding social distancing for essential businesses. If guidelines are not adhered to the business will be closed by the state.  It is the law.

UPS is really messed up lately.  Don't believe what tracking says either.  Discrepancies there too!  My spenco sandals were supposidly transferred to my post office yesterday, today it says they are somewhere else.  Another package from the Q never arrived at my post office, even though tracking said it was accepted there.  Its not just delays because of original shipping, its the detours packages are taking along the way.

I ordered D&Co. primetime special pants on 5/29 - late in the day.  They arrrived today, June 5.

Did you know toothpaste is available at most brick and mortar stores like pharmacies, discount, and grocery stores?  And Amazon tells you when items will be delivered.
