Slowly, but surely, they are chipping away at shipping my orders---I have one left In Process. Hopefully they all arrive before I leave on Tuesday for my AZ trip!

My 2 embroidered shirts have shipped today.! the EDD is tomorrow.

I ordered embroidered shirt on 20th and it was shipped today 27th yahoo!  Probably take another 5-6 days to reach me.  Now hope it fits.  So things are on the move.  Have  4 other orders - not Linea - still in process however all from 20th and 21st.

Was told by CS that the issues/problems with my orders was with UPS and USPS. I asked again for verification and was told the same thing. Really!!

QVC needs to own this, now the blame is being shifted.  The time from ordering to handoff to the shipper is the issue.

I think CS makes it up on the spot. Talk to three different CS agents and get three different answers.

 

ALL of my items purchased on 3/19 and 3/20 are still "in process." How UPS or USPS would have anything to do with that when there is zero tracking from the warehouse is beyond me.

I'm adding my complaint and frustration to the long list of Linea sisters who are still waiting for merchandise. I ordered on the 20th and my items are still "in process"! It's ridiculous!!

Well it looks like this issue is a big issue at QVC, I saw a big post in the Customer Care forum.

 

Amazon's warehouses are about as large as some communities and they have no problems shipping.

I hope the issues are resolved with the shipping as i finally am starting to receive my orders  still strange to me that if you try to cancel an order right after you place it due to second thoughts it is in process but stays in process for at least a week ?
