Italian Pignoli cookies - pretty much almond paste, a little flour and eggwhites.  Topped with pine nuts.  I could eat those all day!

Tollhouse chocolate chip, made the old fashioned way or the frozen kind from the grocery store.  Now for a drive thru cookie Arby's hands down as the best salted caramel cookie and used to be only a $1.00.  Raised up to fifty cents with all the inflation lately.  They cannot keep it in stock it sells out so fast.  Not a small cookie either.
