We've been having springtime temps for the last couple of weeks, and unrelenting sunshine. It hasn't stopped me from making some of my fall favorites.

Last week I made a delicious pot roast.  This week I made a crockpot full of stuffed cabbage rolls and next week I'm making a beef stew.  It's only the two of us here, but I'm happy to eat repeats two or even three times in a week.

Tonight I'm making fried flounder with pesto egg noodles and peas.

Both frozen separately!  Added Sesame oil & Soy Sauce!

Roasted yellow squash.  Apple pie!

Another nice day, cool temps and sunny. I am making stuffed peppers, mashed potatoes and tossed salad. Baked 2 pumpkin breads & stashed one in the freezer.

Since it was chilly today, I knew it would be nice to have the oven on. So I made Cottage Pie. I found a recipe that I like so I know it is worth the effort and time.

Baked haddock, baked potatoes w/ sour cream, and coleslaw.

Meatloaf, scalloped potatoes, pea salad, and rolls.

We are having buffalo chicken wings with celery and blue cheese, and a small salad with balsamic vinaigrette. Cool here today but nice. Have a great day everyone.

I made Blueberry bread on Mon. I made Pumpkin bread yesterday.

DH made a loaf of Buttermilk bread & a loaf of French bread for his mom for company. Also took her a loaf of the Pumpkin bread.

My SIL's are visiting.  My SIL wants to make French toast for breakfast Sun.

DH made Sausage & Beans the other day. Making pizza for dinner with leftover BBQ chicken we made last night.

Hopefully it will cool off enough next week to make some soup or pot roast.

Good morning everyone. Yestauday I had banana bread for breakfast. I had a friend I use to work with come over for lunch.I made a sauce and meatballs and I made stuffed shells and for dinner I made burgers and hashbrown pattys. And fruit and my friend took over donuts so we had one last night. Nice day out yestauday and all weekend. Have a great weekend everyone.
