Still hot and humid here all week and even hotter this weekend. Tonight we are having shrimp scampi over long grain wild rice, broccoli, and honeydew. Have a great day all.

We had a nice Panera lunch, so will just have some cereal, or popcorn or fruit tonight.  We ate a late lunch, so we're not hungry.

Tonight we had BLTs and what I'm calling our $500 cantaloupe, because it was a good one after SO MANY awful ones. I figure if I averaged the cost it would be about $500, lol.

We often think alike. Shrimp fried rice was on my menu for last night, but my son brought dinner home so I'll save the frozen shrimp for another time.

Good evening everyone. Its in the 80s and humidity is back but dew point is 65 so not to bad. I had mini muffins for breakfast. For lunch leftovers from sunday. I made peanut butter ice cream in part of my anniversary gift mini ice cream makers. My wife knows I like kitchen gadets .it came out really good and I didn't feel good so I didn't cook i heated up Leftovers and peaches and peanut butter ice cream. Have a great night everyone.

I am making cheeseburgers with salad and corn on the cob for dinner. We have watermelon for dessert. Can't get enough melon this time of year. Watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew have been so good. Have a great day all.

We're making an egg delivery later this afternoon so we'll go to our usual pizza place with DS.

I did a chickpea pasta tonight with olive oil, with some garlic toast and an orange seltzer.

Good evening everyone. Great weather today.  Breakfast was Stella awesome doro breakfast treats quick and easy. Leftovers for lunch and I made chicken tenders and potato puffs peaches and some nutter butter cookies. Have a great night everyone.

Tonight was salmon and broccoli and potato salad. Walmart delivery came and I got several salad kits that are delish and inexpensive. Trying to eat more leafy greens.
