I used to be part of about a 20 person /24 hour operation.  There were plenty of opportunities for o.t. (sometimes forced).  Over 40 hours time in a week worked one had the choice of 1 1/2 pay or 1 1/2 comp time.  I feel confident that David has earninged any time he is taking.

He must have get a ton of vacation because he does seem to be gone a LOT.  I thought he posted that he flew home Wednesday, or that might be ANOTHER vacation I was thinking of. Oh well, I welcome the change up in hosts on the show.

Seriously?  I think you are living in the past.   Bowersox was fired because it was obvious he was bored hosting a pots and pans show.

He has been at the Q I believe for 25 years.  I am sure with that much time in, you get ample vacation time.  4-5 weeks (or more) is not unheard of in some workplaces depending on your position and years of employment.
