Googled this Weston French Fry Cutter ---   And at Williams Sonoma, it's $99...  At Webstaraunt it's $39.99.  Dont know if this is exactly like the $99 one or not....

I used to have one of those, not sure where it went. 

 

Sweet potatoes are just hard to cut with any kind of slicers.  I always hand slice.  Getting them uniform isn't a priority for me.
