Low Sugar - Low Carb … enough

omg ... we get it. You're on a journey ... but not everyone else is. During Sunday's show, and within the first 15 minutes or so, there must have been a ka-zillion mentions of "low sugar, low carb".

If you want to share "heatlthy eating tips" ... then by all means do so. But also include all nutritional info re: calories, fats, sodium, vitimins, etc. Some  of us are interested in that info as well.

I agree.  Consumers are either savvy enough to be aware of that, or they don't care for whatever reason. Nobody wants to feel lectured.  I have a lot of respect for David, but I do think that all his talk about his "journey" is a turn-off.

I wish him a long, healthy life, but having been on several of my own "journies" over the years, I would caution that too much publicizing your diet or weight loss plan is not a good idea.  Restrictive diets are rarely followed for long periods of time.

David is not a nutritionist, he should stay in his lane.

@Big Joanie 💕

I have had to struggle with weight since 1984 after my first pregnancy.  I have been maintaining a weight loss for the last 6 years or so, but I have to think about what I eat every day.  It is not easy and I fear that any day those 40 lbs will come right back.
