Curtis Stone's pans are phenomenal I have his grill pan as well as a set Get them You won't be disappointed

I DID get a chuckle reading the reviews...one claimed that it was not copper, and a few below complained  that it was scratched by using metal tongs, and that , took the copper off, and now her food tastes like copper!  ........go figure.....

 

 

I am not sure what copper tastes like, though I know the human body contains about 1/10 of a gram of copper..

 

Hey! Does that make us all "copper infused"?!


@Mothertrucker, the only thing that I can think of is it's their sneaky way of saying the pan is infused with copper color. I distinctly heard the phrase used on-air during at least one of the presentations, and I also read it in a description online at a site advertising the pan.
