@SharkE   Sharke is very generous to share this recipe with us!  It is a real gift for the holidays for those of us who like to bake and make bread.

Thanksgiving is now too much.  Used to have tons of ppl when family lived closer so all the cooking was worth it.  These days its usually my brother, his wife and her brother.  This year her brother can't make it.  I've scaled way back on the food I'm making and realize I'd probably rather go out like we did one year.  

 

Someone else cooks, serves you and cleans up.  Yes!

I sure wouldn't be doing what I see these people do on the national news you can eat turkey with those same people any other time of the

yr. 

I don't know how to skype whatever you call that thru pc, but, I'd do that instead of fooling with airports, traffic, etc.
