I'm curious also.    Did you see the turquoise show?    Beautiful and great prices.   I believe I also understand that they manufacture much of their inventory.  Bella Luce is their lab created diamond, their prices are awesome and cheap or free shipping as well.   I really like watching, I like what I see & hear but haven't pulled the trigger yet.   All of the hosts seem to have a great resume from the retail jewelry industry.

I'm a recent buyer from JTV. I ordered some Bella Luce earrings, and they were very nice. Then I got a necklace, and the stones were larger than I expected, pretty but, I don't like it as much as the earrings.The Bella is sparkly, and the jewelry is well made. My orders took awhile to get here, they used UPS  Innovations.

@itiswhatitis .. I have never purchased any jewelry from JTV.  However, I have bought some really lovely loose gemstones from them.

I have ordered a few pieces from JTV and returned them all. I ordered a star sapphire that had no star , Bella earrings that were cheap looking and a gemstone piece that was so pale in color it looked clear. I never watch that channel anymore.

I just recently purchased a gold heart necklace from them for around $35. I'm well pleased with it. It was in my mailbox before I thought to check on my order.

@AKgirl2, where in your opinion, can you purchase "quality" gemstone jewelry?  Mind you I know what to look for in color saturation of stones....

JTV would be a good place for someone with little money,  just starting a jewelry collection.   None of the TV shopping channels routinely sell really high quality gemstones.   They sell to the masses.   Itiswhatitis.

@QVCkitty1 is correct. They use UPS Innovations (I had no idea) and my package ordered 12/2 is still in limbo! According to tracking, it got to the P.O. 20 minutes from my house on 12/14 and is now MIA!

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT! I had to revert to posting on Misty Mills' FB page to get any help! (She messaged me back right away!)

Still waiting for my package and still no help from customer service! Best of luck if you run into any problems with JTV. BUYER BEWARE!!!
