Re: Suggestions please! Lightweight vacumn

@homedecor1  I had a Dyson for a number of years and wouldn't have another one. I got a top of the line Animal and found it heavy and cumbersome to use. The dust collector cup was a pain, always clogging. A couple of things failed and replacement parts were expensive.

Finally switched to a Shark Lift-Away and absolutely love it.  I'd never go back to Dyson. I also have a Shark Duo-Clean but prefer the Navigator Lift-Away. Such an easy machine to use.

The shark navigator is pretty light and bagless.  Does a good job on carpet and hardwood.

@homedecor1

There's an upcoming Shark Rocket TSV, available for purchase now. It has a few attachments including a small brush.

One of the Shark stick types works well.  I have tile but often turn on the roller for something quick.

Just did 4 rugs and my stairs with my Dyson V8. Works fantastic! Just got it

before Christmas and I wasn't sure how much I would like it. I never want to

go back to plug-in vacuums. Just popped off the top and added the brush and

did my steps in just a few minutes compared to going one step at a time and

dragging up the previous vac.

Such a nice convenience. I got it at a great price too @homedecor1

Since your kids suggested Dyson and they are expensive, maybe an early

@threecees

🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 that would be great!  They gave me gc to QVC might use it to offset the cost of Dyson or upcoming Shark rocket style.

Thanks for the heads up @Still Raining and @SilleeMee

You're welcome @homedecor1 .

I hope it will work out for what you need. My friend bought that same model for her DD dorm room. She said it really has great suction and is easy to store because it's compact. She loves that small brush, too.Woman Happy
