@Spurt  I like that one a lot too and it reminds me of houses in the old section of town near where I live. It isn't local, as far as I know, but it could be. Then again, most cities probably have older sections where houses like that have been maintained rather than torn down for far lesser modern architecture or another mid-rise apartment complex.

We have a section here called The Kings William Area where these beautiful homes have been restored and/or beautifully maintained....They used to have tours to some of the homes in the Spring and at Christmas Time, but the homeowners became a bit concerned about possible thieves casing the homes so the tours stopped...It used to be interesting to talk to the homeowners and some even had photos of what their house looked like before it was restored ........fascinating.....Now there's only one historic land-mark home you can tour ......
