Of course they are staged.   No one in their right mind wants to see lived in, cluttered, messy "real life" homes and condos.  We want aspirational pictures  I live in a condo, it's rather large compared to modern condos.  It was built in the  80s so there's more space.  When it comes to furniture and decor I believe less is more.  A room can be over furnished but not under furnished in my aesthetic.  I'm going to look at the Go Condo website.  Thank you for sharing it.  We're going to do some redecorating, just the living room and dining area for now.  The kitchen is a challenge because it's not an eat in kitchen but it's not a galley kitchen either.  I to need to think about it.  #5 is very similar to what I have.  I definitely want to replace the carpeting with a laminated flooring.  Wall to wall carpeting feels so old fashioned.

Oh, how I envy you, @magicmoodz ,  living in a condo,  with those extra, 'community' rooms in the building, especially a self-contained guest suite!  Best of all possible worlds!

Good morning! There are certainly positives and negatives to however we choose to live. After you posted those beautiful floral arrangements by Sybil Sylvester, I had pangs of longing for my flowerbeds I left behind living in a single family home.

A compromise would be living in a villa. A cousin has a very nice villa, but she lives in a third-ring suburb and I can't see myself living that far from my "roots".

I have pledged to myself that I will put forth more effort in creating a bit of a garden space on my balcony this season. I just read Trader Joe's has received their peony tulips and while it is much too cold to think about outdoor greenery, I am going to treat myself to a bouquet of these pretty tulips.🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

Re: CWONDO LOOKS AND LAYOUTS

While I like spacious rooms, I can appreciate these rooms because they are appealing in their furnishings and decor..  As I get older I like less clutter but I am not a minimalist.  I still love art work on my walls and decor throughout the rooms, curtains and drapes , rugs, for me that all adds warmth and coziness.  While these rooms pictured are nicely done, I feel they are cold in feeling.
