A few well-priced items I've come across, nothing over $19.99, that breathe spring--

Temp-tations "Thanks and Giving" 2 Quart Pitcher, H475648, now  $16.98.  It's 'hammered' looking.  Haven't seen in person, but looks great in video. About 8 1/2" tall. The hammering is stylish and sets it apart.

Comes in white or sky blue--

The matching hammered "Thanks and Giving" 2 Quart Pedestal Bowl, $19.99, H475646,  oval I think, 11 inches across, also in white or sky blue--

I bet the pitcher and bowl would look great together, in either the white or dreamy blue.  Love that the bowl has a pedestal-- that always gives more impact.

Cozy Cottage by Liz Marie Cabbage Cake Plate. Reminiscent of vintage majolica.  H458972.  $19.99   'Cabbage ware' is so classic, and great for spring or year-round.

Several different large 3 quart (approx. 9 inches) Temp-tations pitchers, across different patterns, for the great price of $15.98, a limited-time price, I think. This one, "Carved Willow" H482527,  is in mint or black:

Hobby Lobby has darling bird plates, "Birds and Flowers Ceramic Plates".   Salad size and food safe, but just one would be charming as a spring decoration!  They are only $4.59 apiece!

I saw four different designs.  A)  One bird with yellow flowers, or B)  One bird with pink flowers--

This one below A),  in cooler colors, actually has two birds if you look closely, a blue and a brown--

The last one, B) has teals and pinks, and again, just one bird.  They are all so nostalgic, love little birds.

Note--   They have them online to order, but I don't know if they still have them in the stores.  I saw some in my store, but have not looked recently.  Since there are four different designs, if you order online and want one design in particular, note that HL gives you an 800 number to call and request the exact specific pattern you want.

From the online site 'at home',  "Ty Pennington Blue Reactive Glaze Vase".   The 8 inch is $19.99   There is also a smaller one, and a larger, so you could have a set.  Very spring-like.

"Happiest Place is Home" blogger found these Ty Pennington ones, as an excellent dupe for a popular, much more expensive one at Pottery Barn, the Boatwright vase--

Even the 6.5 inch vase would make an impact with that beautiful drip glaze, and it's only $12.99.

Speaking of bird motifs, I forgot these whimsical vases by Creative Co-op, available on Amazon.  "Creative Co-op Fan Shaped Vase with Painted Bird Design, Multicolor",  at $18.99:

Talk about a breath of spring!  They have a charming, almost folk-art look, and are part of a series by Creative Co-op--

The fan shaped one with pink bird, would be so darling as a set, with either of the other two vases with birds.  They are a little bit more, price-wise, but still good buys.  Creative Co-op is one of the well-regarded decor companies that Amazon has picked up on....

Oh-- thought of something else while on Amazon.

For those who prefer a more tailored nod to spring, or more rustic,  I think terra cotta is a wonderful way to go.  It's warm, earthy, yet can surprisingly be dressier than your usual "flower pot" terra cotta planter.

At Amazon, on the more primitive end,  Mud Pie has a very rustic Small Terra Cotta Rattan Vase, at $16

It's just bud vase size.

Other looks spotted on Amazon--

Cool idea to put roses in terra cotta-- high / low!   Would love something like coffee colored hydrangea in terra cotta too...

QVC has several nice ones, like the Foreside Woven Diamond Terra Cotta Pot H389576--

I love the sophistication of using terra cotta in unexpected ways.  One of my most versatile pieces from decades ago, is a terra cotta bowl from Portugal, with embossed cherubs, etc. on the sides.  Right now it's holding green moss and trying to bring premature Spring in here...

By the way, if you are bored with your faux botanicals, I can vouch for the Hobby Lobby Trailing Leaves Bush.  It's the only thing on this list that I actually have:

It's tall, at 25",  but can be cut to any height with wire snips.  The beauty of it is that it "leans",  cascading to one side and tumbling out of any vessel you put it in.  I only have one, currently in a tall, midcentury Hosley vase, and the way that it trails out and down is very delicate and romantic looking.

Thinking of getting another, even though they are pricey at $7 something each.  It would make sense to wait until they have their sales, but who can wait, ha.

This is sort of modern / organic, but also like this mouth blown glass 22 oz. Seaglass Candle H457035 by Lauren McBride, on sale at $19.99:

About 6" high, the glass comes in 4 beautiful colors, including coral, sand and seaglass, and different scents.  Love that misty glass...

I like the bird plates.  I was at HG yesterday and didn't see those.  Thanks for reminding me about Creative Co-op.  I used to buy things from them, but haven't looked at their products for a while.

@Marsha2003 - The bird plates were at HL and not HG. Smiley Happy

Garden centers around me have items from Creative Co-op.

I like the pitchers and pedestal plates shown in first post!

@Oznell Love the Temp-tations blue bowl!

I think I'm going to order it; it won't be my first purchase of things you've suggested.

Thank you so much!!

That's super, @DSD2 .  If I were getting anything, it would be that bowl!  So many great uses for it, both practical and decorative...
