I like most of what I see in all of these rooms. Of course I would change a few things but nothing drastic.

I'm loving rooms #2 and #3...

Clean, straight lines, soothing colors, and absolutely NO clutter.

Beautiful rooms, every one.

If they were staged, they did a wonderful job. Cat Very Happy

Thanks for such kind comments, @Nonametoday ,  and @DSD2 .   It's my pleasure.

Esp. love that a number of you go on to give your own preferences and also "no-go's"--   I love to check my likes and dislikes against those of others.  Makes it interesting!

I like these rooms. I really like the greenery and florals added to the spaces. I usually prefer warm tones with color, but even the more neutral rooms appeal to me. I'm not a pink or blue furnishings gal, but I like those rooms too.

Re: CONDO LOOKS AND LAYOUTS

[ Edited ]

@Oznell

As always, thank you for taking time to share these condos with us. I do think it is a labor of love for you and we reap the benefits!

I have grown  to love small spaces and many of these appeal to me. I want my home to be presentable at all times and that wasn't always the case when I lived in a home with much more space.

Now in our condo we have a storage room in our parking garage, a party room for large gatherings and a guest suite for overnight guests. And my home stays neat and orderly!

Oh, how I envy you, @magicmoodz ,  living in a condo,  with those extra, 'community' rooms in the building, especially a self-contained guest suite!  Best of all possible worlds!

Photo #1 has a neutral and pleasant look, with a pleasing range of caramel colors and reds. Would prefer less indoor plants (particularly the two large foreground plants).

In photo #12, like the white-washed narrow table and mirror, and the mirror shape.  Fairly nice vignette, although the greenery and branches (and brown moss?) look a little worn out and disheveled (which may have been intended to go with the vintage rustic look).

In photo #22, like the red couch and mustard chair, they look really good together and think they would also look good individually.  The vases of matching flower colors connect the two pieces of furniture nicely.  Do think that the large framed artwork behind the couch is a better look than if there had only been a bunch of small framed artwork on the wall.

One of the things that detracts from a room is when light reflects and/or causes glare on the glass/plastic cover of framed wall art, it interferes with the art piece and whatever else is in the same eye-view (for example, photos #8, and #14 through #18).

Too many indoor plants in some of the rooms, such as photo #17 with that plant looking like it is hanging too close to the couch.

Almost all of the 24 photos had some nice features.
