That's a very good point, @1Professor. I sold my Dooneys on consignment b/c l wasn't looking to replace them with other Dooneys. If l do see one on their site that l MUST have, l will look into the trade-in!

Some Gucci Handbags .... but I refuse to look at how much they cost!  LOL.  Sorry but I can't seem to be able to post the front view of the handbags.

I don't want any more Dooney, so it wouldn't work for me @1Professor other, perhaps, than for the very occasional replacement and right now the only things I'm seeing of interest are in the Alto line... I've scoped out the prices on Ebay and they are, in many instances, disappointing, but some are better priced than others. I suppose I'll set what I think are reasonable prices and if they don't sell then I'll be stuck with them, but I am NOT giving them away. As for good homes... call me Cruella (others certainly have) but once they're out of my domain, I couldn't care less... If I get decent prices for them, their new owners can use them for target practice or as punching bags for all I care...

Speaking of Dooney though, I am loving my brick and brown suede tote. It was bought on a whim because I liked the colors, even though I wasn't thrilled with the silhouette, but find that I'm enjoying this bag...

Hi @Sister Golden Hair and @Serendipity ...... I might play with my handbags today too.  There are several I have not used in ages.  For Thanksgiving I finally  brought out my Dooney Alto Viola in brown t'moro.  I really should use that bag more often,  It had been sitting in my closet unused for a couple years.
