I've been wearing frayed hem items for years. T shirts and jeans mostly. I like the casual, unconstructed look. I don't know how anyone could have missed seeing dozens of items with frayed hems in the stores.

It's so funny I came across this post as I just got home from Loft I saw a pair of white doubled frayed jeans I wanted but didn;t have my size. I just looked on line and they are sold out!!

It may be the latest trend but they can keep it!!!! I do not like the fringe look at all.

Nearly all of my jeans are ripped, frayed, chewed up at the hem line.
Those frayed hems are all over the place
Frayed shorts too

It seems that once one "designer" from Q gets an idea (be it new or old), then they all get the same idea!
How come they don't all get the idea to cut for petites (or talls)?

When I grew up, frayed clothes were a step away from being discarded, so I can’t think of them as fashionable.
