Re: TOUCH SCREENS ON COMPUTERS?

I had a touch screen notebook computer and rarely used the feature.  I use a mouse with my Macbook pro and a stylus with my iPad.  I don't like a messy screen and my iPhone screen gets cleaned everyday.  We all have our tolerance for fingerprints.  Mine is pretty low.

Re: TOUCH SCREENS ON COMPUTERS?

I can't stand dirty car windows or any window I spend time looking through, like our all glass patio room. Same with any screen, I clean my tablet every time I use it, smudges that are easily cleaned bug me. Thus if I can avoid them, that is the choice I always make.

Re: TOUCH SCREENS ON COMPUTERS?

Never understood the touch screens on home computers, desk top or laptop. I've had both (now have an iMac) and have never felt the urge to touch the screen for anything.  The mouse and keyboard do just fine.

We have an iPhone and an iPad.  Problem with those touch screens is that they get very dirty from the oils and other stuff on your fingers.  You have to clean the screens constantly.
