Roku Ultra TSV

I like to buy this I need your help fo anyone that has a Roku and answer my question. please if you can.

I have a HD t.v not 4k and have an antenna already I want to add Roku to my Living room t.v.

not sure  if this TSv is what I am looking for I only need some cable stations like QVC and HSN & maybe CNN and Lifetime or Hallmark and some Local channels news sports and other local channels.

I do not need to buy or watch Netflix or Hulu  shows or movies is the Local stationa and how many chahnels are included in the Q2 TSV? 

And the diffrence between this| Box" this TSV  looks like a modem or the STICK Roku?

Which one should I buy?
