delayed returns & exchanges 2019

It seems like this has been happening for a long time. I just thought you might want to know why you're receiving so many returns. Your size charts are no longer dependable! I would have done an exchange I'm waiting to process, but of course you are now out of my size. So I paid to return it myself. Although I guess if your size or color is not available you are not supposed to be charged the return shipping. The quality of many items has also declined.

When you say size charts, are you referring to the actual garment measurements?
