I am hoping that someone from the care team could PM me about a crazy account problem. I have contacted CS and everyone is very nice. I was given to a supervisor who was also at a loss of how to help. Is there another level of problem solver?

@imaboomer You can message the Social Team at Qvcsocialteam@qvc.com including all pertinent info. They don't initiate contacts. If a supervisor can't help, perhaps you need to pray to the almighty though.

I would love to share the details with this group but for now we are trying to get a 30 year old Q account reopened. We are locked out of holidays returns, cannot track credits. I have orders that have been cancelled and show up at my house. It is a mess.

You have to send a regular email to the social team at the email address @Kachina624 suggested. You won't be sharing any details with anyone but them.

@Love my grandkids @geezerette @Kachina624 Thank you for your words of support. I had never contacted the Social Team. They responded promptly. I was already in the system to resolve my problem. It involved a probable breach of my account.
I had to use @imaboomer to log in but I'm still @granddi
