In the end it all comes down to QVC to make it right again. If so many customers are complaining, myself included then it is up to QVC to fix it by getting a new delivery company!!!          jmo

Re: UPS Mail Innovations?

[ Edited ]

I have never been so dissapointed about the delivery service then I have been lately. It took 2 weeks to get my Tarte order. It sat in Pensylvania for 3 days:New Jersey 2 days; Illinois for 2 days and 1 day in Wisconsin. This UPS Innovations is failing . I noticed once the USPS got a hold of it, it moved twice in 6 hours.

I have been waiting for another package to move. It has been in Pennsylvia since the 7 th. I was suppose to have gotton it on Friday. I will be lucky if I get it by Saturday. QVC can't blame the virus because I have had packages arrive in March, April, May and June within a week.

QVC needs to use the Post Office like Amazon does. I get my packages so quickly. They movie packages quickly and deliver 7 days a week.

One of the reasons I won't buy from QVC. A month to get here & if you need to exchange your size is gone!! I have all the decor & kichen helpers my house can hold. I refuse to buy food from QVC. So not much left. I have had a package sitting 2 1/2 hours away from me for way too long. I was checking to see if it was a problem for others. I got my answer!

I'm still waiting for several packages, going back to end of June, that are sitting in limbo.  No updates since July 3.

When I sent an e-mail to the Q moderators, I was asked to wait "a few days longer".  Once this is resolved, hopefully with my Q card being credited, my Q shopping days will be few and far between.

I get it that people say it's not Q's problem, but it is their problem as they are the ones sending out my merchandise.  Ever since this parent company has taken over, the company has gone downhill.  Reminds me of the CEO of JCPenney who destroyed the company.  Same happening here.

Maybe they can take some lessons from Amazon on how to ship merchandise.

Me too - I have a QVC package that has been stuck at a local Post Office for 12 days with no movement in sight.  I've submitted a lost package form to USPS but that wasn't helpful the last 2 times I submitted a form so I don't think it's going to make much difference.  I'm ordering MUCH less from QVC and more from other retailers who can deliver my package in a reasonable amount of time.
