The Q seems to be slow on processing returns. Around the two week mark, they should be well processed. They certainly send out the queue bill with each and every purchase on it and expect us to pay for it.

Sadly, QVC has always been very slow processing returns.  This is nothing new and a very old complaint on these boards.

 

They really need to revamp and retrain that department.  So many errors when they finally do get around to processing a return.

 

 

You do know that QVC doesn't not have anything to do w/ sending out your bill.  That is handled by Synchrony who owns the charge card.

hi @Effie54  I have posted before that I use QVC Easy Returns and my returns and exchanges are processed within 24 hours. Try it, it's a wonderful service. HTH

@RespectLife I believe QVC handles bills to us - "S" Bank handles those accounts with the Q credit card.

Correct me if I've misunderstood the procedure.

What do you think is their priority, getting out peoples' Christmas orders or processing returns?

Sorry, I'm not really sure what you mean....QVC bills our Synchrony Account for our purchases.

 

QVC is responsible to sent the credit for returns to Synchrony.

 

I meant that QVC doesn't mail us the monthly statements....they come from Synchrony.

QVC doesn't post the monthly statements or mail them.

 

Synchrony is big!  They also handle Amazon, Lowes and many other credit cards I have.

As another poster suggested, email QVCEasyReturns@qvc.com. Give them all your information on the return and they will issue a credit.

My returns are picking up speed.  I am sure they are not lounging around and doing the best they can considering the time of the year.

Customer Service told me they do t have this service anymore. I tried many times, and never got the return. I haven't had that work in months.

Well...how about BOTH?!
