I just posted last week I thought returns were being processed faster.  The Q has been very slow for quite some time in processing returns.  But, recently I noticed quite an improvement.

 

Maybe, that improvement was only temporary.  I hope not.

I've used QVC Easy Returns that's been posted here and elsewhere in the forums and processing has been done in hours or within a day! So pleased with the speed at which my returns are processed. Now if we could just increase the delivery speed - ordered an item in July, been "in progress" since early November...

Customer Service told me they do t have this service anymore. I tried many times, and never got the return. I haven't had that work in months.

 

 

 

Not true, you received incorrect info.  I also used it recently.

I do not know if you all know this, but this is news to me. Appartently most of the stuff from QVC does not ship directly from the company. They use vendors to ship some/most of the products. It could explain processing times. It could also explain why you sometimes do not see that an item has shipped on the QVC website/app. I just wanted to inform everyone who did not knwo this that it could explain some of the issues people are having. Is it fair to all of us who are expecting gifts for the holidays? No and I do not agree with the way they are advertising it as if it is QVC who possess these items, but I guess they have to make their money some how and while false advertising is a BIG no no in the business industry, it can be used as a marketing ploy and it "makes it okay". Again, just wanted to educate people who did not know this information. Please do not come at me for only positivity was intended.

@RooRoo I wish I was a lucky as you! I always use the QVC Easy Returns & my returns run a good 3-4 weeks to process!? I have noticed at HSN it's much quicker, but I rarely shop there. Situationally I have had to use QVC a lot more than normal this year, but going forward I plan on using QVC as rarely as possible.

@BCreative5  Are you using the Q's return label?  I always notify them of my return/exchange via email, then drop it off at the post office & it gets processed within 24 hours.  I'm not sure if you choose your own preferred way to ship back whether that makes any difference?  Perhaps because they can track that I've dropped it off is why they credit me right away?  I'm not sure, just trying to figure out why it doesn't work that way for you.  anyway, Merry Christmas & all the best this holiday weekend !!!

@RooRoo Thanks for your response! Smiley Happy Alas, I do the same as you & Clearly have different results! I've always experienced at least a 2 week turn around for years. However now my oldest returns that haven't been processed are from the early days of December & no processing in sight. The fact that I use their scannable label helps when I Don't get credit for a return! They can find that I did in fact return it lickity split!

 

I do a lot of shopping with QVC because I travel/did travel alot for my film production work & I don't have the time to shop. I like the products on QVC that I know etc. & when you hit it just right the pricing is good. I have never had problems though like this year!!
