I placed an order early Friday morning and during the payment process I chose what was listed as UPS red (for a significant shipping fee!). Even though the date given was essentially overnight based on business days, the item is now not scheduled  to arrive until a day after what was listed when I paid. I get the estimated delivery date and all that, but if I am paying nearly $30 for shipping, I would expect it to arrive on the day listed when I chose the method (which said nothing about estimated, just the day it would arrive). I love paying extra for something and then it suddenly changing after payment is recieved - certainly not business practices I'm OK with!

Hopefully, since you say you "love paying extra for something" you will be very happy with your purchase!

IMO, if you're going to quote someone, you should quote their entire sentence, not just a portion of it, which changes the entire meaning of the sentence in this case.

I would be very unhappy too, if I paid $30 for expedited shipping and didn't receive it. Perhaps you could call CS and see what they say about it. They may offer you a partial refund, since you didn't get what you paid (handsomely!) for.

Call customer service and they will credit your account. That has happen twice with me in the past with QVC. But I haven't order anything in 2 1/2 years.

I have an item that is supposed to be delivered tomorrow (3/15/2016), according to the UPS tracking information.  When I checked the status today, it said that it has been sent to USPS.  I keyed in the USPS number, and received a notice in red, that there is no information.  Please help.
