I have two items I would like to return and exchange; one for a different size (but they don't have the size right now) and the other for a different color (currently on waitlist) but same size. In these situations, would I be put on waitlist? If not, am I going to be charge for the label even though I am not returning but exchanging?

@makena The warehouse would not place you on a waitlist for an item they are unable to exchange. You will have to place a waitlist order for the new size/color. If we are able to obtain the items on a waitlist, we will be happy to refund the prepaid label cost once they are shipped to you.
