@Alice-QVC , yes, my iphone now works, also my PC with Edge and Google.  Interesting that my ipad was not affected..

 

Another issue now fixed this week is my easy pay's have finally been billed (as opposed to "in billing"), and my statement for those is already paid on Wednesday.  I did pay all the rest of my August & September easy pays, they are now showing on my Visa CC statement, so I officially have my QVC account paid off in full.  I will refrain from ordering for a while just to make sure that the problems are in the past.
