I ordered M65384 the 4lb box with gift packages. The candy arrived in a plastic bag and the candy was individually wrapped but you have to put them in the gift boxes. It was a large quantity of candy and I had more then enough remaining even after filling the gift boxes.

@Scorpio1971 Well, they gave me a refund, after like 8 emails back and forth. I can't get my wrapped ones I ordered, because they are sold out. Makes no sense. I ordered a couple months ago, my box should still me in their inventory if they didn't send it out. Oh well,at least I got a refund. Hope you get yours!

That's what @Dar321 & I ordered too. Glad your item arrived as described. Your item number M65384 is probably different because it was most likely a different shipping date on advance orders. My advance order shipping date was 12-9-19 and I just checked and my 2 4lb. orders should be arriving tomorrow.
@Dar321 ...I was just wondering...maybe you could call Enstrom's directly and see if they can honor a shipment to you since it was their error since food orders are shipped from the vendors. Take pics of your packing slip and what you received as your evidence and send it to them after you speak with someone at Enstrom's first. Explain to them that the purpose of ordering was because it was to be used as Christmas gifts because they were to be individually wrapped with gift boxes. Maybe they can honor your order for the same price & ship to you? Does no harm to try. If mine arrives like yours I will try try to contact them. Just don't know what I would then do with 8lbs. of unwrapped toffee. I could give unopened boxes as a gift or better yet donate to a community dinner for Veterans or homeless for them to enjoy as part of dessert. Waiting for tomorrows delivery...

I was just checking my banking account online and some other things so I checked my delivery status to see if my 2 boxes were still scheduled for today and was surprised to see they both said delivered an hour ago by USPS. Very unusual for my mail to arrive so early. Well I did find my 2 boxes outside my door. Opened them both up and they are the correct order...5 gift boxes with all wrapped pieces in large plastic bag.
Sorry again your order was not correct. I suggested calling Enstrom directly...have you thought about it? I found an info flyer inside my package with their phone number so if you don't have it...1-800-ENSTROM. I would sent you one of mine if I could...😊
