My hubby received several discount coupons, none of which worked at checkout but a quick call to CS each time took care of the problem!!! Good luck and be firm (but polite of course) with CS. The first time I called about the coupon they didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I explained that I was holding the coupon in my hand at that moment and that I wished to use the coupon as I was placing an order. The other times we had to CALL CS re: the coupon there was no problem at all!
