Received a discount code to use on a purchase, but customer service says it doesn’t exist. The post card is fromQVC! What gives?
So tired of all the difficulties. I’ve sent 2 emails with no response. Lousy customer service

Either poor CS or the card is a scam.

 

Anyone else get a card discount card from QVC?

no I did not get a discount code .I did get an email to do a survey last month for QVC .

Read it carefully.  Some existing customers reported receiving a discount code meant for new customers which they were unable to use.

Several posters have mentioned receiving this discount code, but it would not work online, so they called their order in with a CS Rep. and the discount was applied.

 

Try that and let us know!

@Kachina624 @KingstonsMom Good info for OP!  And for me, too.  Now I know exactly why I'm not getting the offer -  and that's okay with me.  I have had so many offers from companies I deal with giving me $$$ off that if I ook advantage of even half of them, I'd be spending money on things I definitely don't need!

My hubby received several discount coupons, none of which worked at checkout but a quick call to CS each time took care of the problem!!! Good luck and be firm (but polite of course) with CS. The first time I called about the coupon they didn't have a clue what I was talking about. I explained that I was holding the coupon in my hand at that moment and that I wished to use the coupon as I was placing an order. The other times we had to CALL CS re: the coupon there was no problem at all!

You said you sent 2 emails with no response, did you email QVCSocialTeam@ QVC.com?

 

I've always gotten a quick response when I email them.

This makes the second time I have received the code for $10 off your next QVC purchase but never tried to use it since I am not a NEW customer.  It states on your first QVC purchase.

None of the three discount cards that we got said anything at all about being a new customer. Ours said "on your next on-line order". QVC must have a bunch of different discount offers floating around. People seem to be getting different offers.
