I've been unable to even get to Community Care much less post for the last 45 minutes.   The system freezes

It's gotten so on any given day these boards are unnavigable for a portion of those who use them. You'd think they'd be embarrassed... Then, there are the longer term, consistent problems one can only assume they have no intention of fixing...

I think QVC has major website problems.  It is not only on the Forums but across the entire system.  It's time to change IT providers or perhaps QVC needs to ramp up its system.
