Why hasn't this issue been fixed? This thread is dated November 27 and for weeks even before this thread, there has been no tracking available.

I totally agree with you 100%. this needs to be resolved as quickly as possible. I did note in an email from QVC talking about my return... at the very bottom of the page there was a link to track returns. i didn't realize it was there until i deleted the email , seeing it whiz past me. then i couldn't retrieve it. so i don't know if that link worked or not. regardless QVC needs to provide a way to track returns like they used to.
