On 11/22 I on went to the post office & mailed back the D & Co. velour fit & flair jacket. The XS was too big & I wanted to exchange it for the XXS.
To date I'm unable to track the package return on my order page. Before the website was redesigned I always got emails advising me that my package was received by the post office. I was also able to track its return on the order page. Now I get nothing.All it says is that a return label was printed when my order was originally shipped out.
Can a moderator please check into this for me?

I recently returned a clothing item that was valued over $120 and saw no tracking updates from Tacoma Wa. It finally tracked for the first time when it arrived in I believe NV. It was well over a week and I was freaked out that it was lost and with no tracking at all I would be out $120 plus original shipping. I asked the postal person why it didn’t even show being picked up and she said those updates are paid for and if QVC doesn’t pay for updates, they aren’t posted. Needless to say, I will be sure what I order going forward is not something I would ever return. It was too upsetting. Now I have an auto delivery toothpaste order on backorder for a month, how does THAT happen??, I am cutting wayyyyy back on QVC orders and I’ve been wayyyy too good of a customer for many many years, but my husband is quite happy about it.

Same thing here. Although I have cut way back on my shopping at this site as it is too frustrating, I am finding that for the few returns I have, using the QVC return label, I do not receive the proper credit for my return unless I call CS, at which time I am promptly credited. Ridiculous!
QVC, your lack of customer focus is costing you customers who have kept you going for decades. It's almost 20 years into the 21st century. You need to get with the technology if you want to be a player in e-commerce and retain your loyal customers. THAT should be your focus!

Hi @NicksmomESQ I located the jacket and the tracking shows it is enroute to QVC. It looks like it is in York PA and should be here soon.

Is there a way to get the tracking on the order page to work going forward? This would avoid having to contact c.s. for updates.

I know there have been comments about this....but I am hoping the more comments the better. I keep hpoing the negative comments might help. Ever since the change with order status, account, tracking etc., it is TERRIBLE!!!!!!! I could go on and on. It was just fine the way it was. No problems. But QVC had to waste time and money to make a change and its worse!!!!! Stupid move. Please fix or change it back. Please.

Hi @NicksmomESQ I am sorry you are having difficulty. It should be working but sometimes the cookies on your computer get in the way. Try clearing your cookies, rebooting and maybe changing browsers to see if that helps. Let me know how you make out.

@Anonymous I just followed your instructions & it still doesn't work.I think this may be a website issue. Thanks for trying.
