while the jerks are gone, the problems keep coming.  they broke down my fence and let the treet grow into my garage and it tore the rrain gutter off so i have problems there.  the owner's daughter won't do anything because she is going to sell the houjse as is.  she gave me the number to call for the insurance companmy but they won't tell me the name of the company.  i may have to place a notice of interest on the homw jujst to get the repairs done.

the worest part is that i have a slum land lord that owns the houjse next to me and thwey have made an on this home too.  i do not want to live between two slum landlords.

the onwer's daughter had the house cleaned out and they hauled 5 moving van trucks fullof junk out of it.  the backyard is a mess and i am beside myself with worry aout it.all i want is good decent neighbors even if they are renters.  the house is really a mess.  nothing is to code and the ceiling is falling in.

Just wondering if you can report this to your township. We have a ton of ordinances where I live and give you 10 days to fix/repair the problem before they levy fines.

I also wonder if your insurance company could pursue the other problem if you file a claim?

i am looking into it.  i am also going to request that they test the house for meth.  with those people, you never know what went on.

Test the house for Meth? What do you think will happen? You can't prove any one person did anything and nobody is going to test anything based on a neighbor who is complaining.

I would hope for the best..prepare for the worst...and the last thing I would worry about Meth..it isn't like your going around inhaling and smoking anything in the house.

Pick your battles in this mess.

Perhaps it's time for emails to your alderman?

Write your concerns. In the future, you may be glad you made a written record.

I too wonder if you can report this to the town where you live. contact your state rep who is the person who covers your area in state legislators. Contact even your lt. governor, and governers office. i have done that and believe me, doors opened, just one call fixed my problem for me, try it.
