In August 2015, Zulily was purchased by Liberty Interactive's QVC division for $2.6 billion.  QVC is the parent company of Zulily.

I bought a pair of sandals that didn't fit, sent an email to seller and was told "the shoes were $15.00, I will return $12.00 to your account, and you can keep the shoes". So I kept shoes gave them to my mother in law.

"Yesterday, the QVC division of Liberty Interactive Corp. ...completed the pending acquisition of Seattle-based e-commerce company — zulily Inc. -- for $2.4 billion or $18.75 per share. zulily is a leading experiential, discovery driven shopping network offering services on televisions, the Internet, phones, PCs or laptops and mobile devices. Notably, the deal has been completed much earlier than anticipated, as it was originally expected to be closed in the fourth quarter of 2015."

I place an order last year before Q aquired.  I ordered a summer dress for $9.00 and thought - ok- no returns, I can live with that for nine bucks to try them out.  I loved the dress and placed another order for 3 items.  One of the items I really had a problem with and emailed them with the issue, just as a FYI.   They refunded me the $$ even though I did not ask for that.  The prices are sometimes so great that it is worth the risk.  The item I was not happy with went to Salvation Army donation.

That's not what many others have said.  What has been posted on other threads and quoted from news reports is that Zilily and QVC both have the same parent company.

It must depend on who you talk to.  I was told  to return a damaged item.  I was issued a Zulily credit but the original shipping was not part of that credit.

per Libertyinteractive.com/company-overview

QVC Group consists of Liberty Interactive Corporations subsidiaries QVC and Zulily and Liberty Interactive Corporation's interest in HSN.   And much more info on other companies in the digital field, etc.

On the Liberty Interactive Corporation site you can get financial information, officers, etc.  Information on the divisions of this group and much more about them.  Very interesting.  Fingers in many pies.

Nitpicking!  It's the same company now, hence the crossover products.
