I won't buy from a place where I'm told I will not be able to return it.

That is the dumbest thing I can think of.  Here a person is buying something you can't touch or see and not being able to return it.

I hope they feel the pain so bad from this they either go under or they change the way they do business.  Harsh?  You betcha!

I send things back to QVC all of the time.  I'm trying to see it on my TV screen.  I can't put it on and the color can be different, etc.

It's stupid to say something can't be returned.  Thank goodness I have the sense not to buy from them.

Ugh!  It's interesting this change just since QVC took them over.

@Annabellethecat66   I've posted this about 10 times at least.  QVC did not take them over!!!  They were bought by Liberty Interactive which owns QVC and other interests.

Please feel free to shop where you wish.

You have said that over and over, as have one or two others, yet a few people keep claiming the incorrrect information.

Doesn't that beat all...

Well, I'm happy.  I've been shopping there a couple of months now.

No problems, and apparently I'm smart enough not to buy something I need to return.

My latest purchase is a Polish Stoneware bowl.  I've collected PS for years, I know my stuff.  I paid $125 for it and it would have been a lot more when they used to sell it on QVC.

A month or so ago, I bought a Mosser glass bowl that I've liked for at least a year.  It's around sites for $69, some higher than that.  I got a perfect one, straight from the maker, for $39 through Zulily.

It's confusing to me since the QVC hosts do commercials for them.

I refuse to shop with an online retailer if they do not offer the option to return any item.  Things can look one way online and be totally different when you see it in person.  Nope, can't do that.

I AGREE. I don't shop anywhere that doesn't accept returns. I've also found better bargains and lower prices than what is on Zulily.

ETA - for example, Zulily is selling a set of festival optic highball glasses under their Cinco de Mayo things for $27.99 for a set of four. Costco had the same glasses, a set of 6, for $10. I bought 2 sets, 12 glasses, for $20.

I tried them. I purchased what looked to be a very nice top. I was shocked by the poor quality and the strong chemical smell. I emailed a return request and got the spiel about their policy of no returns but they would make an exception in my case. That was the absolute last time I ordered from them. Never again.

Too bad.  You are both missing out on great deals.

I'm glad you enjoy shopping there.  My neighbor shops there all the time, loves it and yes she has ordered things she didn't like but could not return.

But for me personally it isn't a great deal if I don't love it and can't send it back.  I would just prefer to know up front that the item is refundable if I don't like it.  Just my preference.

Items will come damaged or broken they can't just say spend this money at your own risk  - the prices are not that good for most items.

I ordered a white wicker glider chair for my porch which was sold by Plow & Hearth.  Plow & Hearth wanted $299 plus an extra $50 for shipping.  I paid $240 at zulilly which was broken into two monthly payments.  And they charged $9.95 for shipping.  It shipped within a week and I love it.  I've ordered a few knick-knack items from them and was happy with everything.  I've ordered magazine subscriptions like Martha Stewart  and Country Living at a discount.  I wouldn't order clothes or shoes from them.  I  enjoy getting their daily e- mail.

Oh I so agree! You just have to be a smart shopper.
