And I oil pull which involves swishing coconut oil for 10 minutes several times a week.

I recently had all my front teeth bonded .... dentist used a natural shade and they look so good!

 

He said that he once had patient who insisted on "optic white" teeth (chicklets).  

 

Those big white teeth are distracting .. I keep looking at the mouth moving and not paying attention to what they are saying.

I'd rather have "whitest" teeth vs any shade of yellow or grey.

Also I don't like when people only whiten the top, the bottom teeth are still yellow/grey.
