I'd like to know more about these women...their ages. mental and health condition. Dementia can be a cause of this kind of behavior. Chronic pain can definitely make someone grouchy.

I think when you see a couple of battle-axes going at it in the grocery store, you're looking at a few clicks past "grouchy".

Did this happen in a Wal Mart? I notice in our local Wal Mart they often do not have xtra dividers or they are up too far to reach. If I'm not able to get a divider I build my own about a foot or so behind the order in front of me. Usually with a pack of paper towels or a roll of aluminum foil or something of that ilk.
I'm not one to be yakkin on the phone and I'm sorta nosey so I will look at other people's items and see what type of foods they are buying so I'm usually somewhat aware of "space invaders". lol
At my regular grocery store they seem to always have dividers readily available and when I'm done unloading I'll pick one up and throw it behind my order whether someone is there or not. Chances are someone will get in line behind me at some point so the bar is there for them. No big deal. Funny how such an ordinary thing can really blow up and ruin someone's day. ![]()

I agree...explaining to your family would be hard...that’s why I have left directions in my purse....” if you find me dead inside Walmart, drag my body to NeimanMarcus before you call my next of kin...”

Now I'm wondering if these 2 women knew each other, and this name calling cussing and fussing is just part of the way they normally interact with one another.

@lovesrecess It's so funny that you said that. About six years ago I stopped in Target on my way home from work. It was ten days before Christmas, I had worked an eight hour shift ( retail ), there was drama going on in my extended family, and I got the worst pain in my chest. It made me double over. I thought, please God, not in Target. At least Macy's. Had a cardiac workup, and everything was fine. Stress! Never had it again.
