My regulars are diced walnuts that we add to cereal, kumato tomatoes, Calcium Citrate with Vit D tablets, Italian virgin olive oil, sesame oil, Milton's Healthy Multigrain bread, hunks of real Reggiano Parmesan, frozen Naan either plain or with garlic, and their Simply Nutty Dark Chocolate, Nuts, and Sea Salt Bars (can't live without them.)

How could I forget their Key Lime pie in spring/summer?

Thanks @suzyQ3 , I am going to try those Simply Nutty Bars, only 5 grams of sugar!   never tried those tomatoes either & their Reg Parm, thanks!

Re: Trader Joe's recommendations

I love a lot of Trader Joe's items, but my favorites are their Tomato and Feta soup, Clam Chowder and Everything but the Bagel seasoning.  My dog and I eat their frozen cauliflower rice a lot.  I also like to keep a frozen Chicken Tikka Masala in the freezer as it's yummy and great for lunch in a pinch.  My favorite unhealthy items which I try to limit to a couple of times a year are their peanut butter filled pretzels, dark chocolate peanut butter cups and Kringle.  They also have a great selection of nuts and cheeses.

Have fun trying their products.  I've never done it, but I know you can ask for a sample of just about anything and they'll give it to you.  You also can return anything you don't like.  I have a relative that works there and they really treat their customers and employees great.

Oh and if you ever are the in the mood to buy flowers, I've found that their flowers last a very long time compared to other supermarket flowers.

I can't have that maple sandwich cookie in the house!!!

@DiAnne  The excuse I use is, I buy them to bring to my mother. She loves them and then I don't have to make either a cake or cupcakes for her. At least, that's what I tell myself. I buy two boxes for her and three for us. Then, we go cold turkey for a few months. They are dangerous, like chips. You can't eat just one!!!😉
