I got a few pop ups for Temu that list an item at a crazy low price but when I've clicked the pop ups the price goes up quite a bit. I don't trust them.

Just for a laugh, I have to tell you about my experience with Coldwater Creek:

I purchased a beautiful floral sweatshirt from them, it took about a month to be delivered, and it was a pair of shoes and not a sweatshirt.

I called CC and returned the shoes with their return label, and had to call several times to finally be issued a refund. And I was not speaking to anyone in the United States, it was very difficult.  I think they hope you will just give up.

A few months later, the shoes were delivered back to me!

They did not fit, so I gave them to a neighbor.

And that will be my last dealing with them.

Bear in mind, its sister app Pinduoduo was caught planting malware. It was spying on other apps, reading notifications and messages and changing user's settings.

The cheap deals ain't worth it.

I wondered what the catch was to those great prices. 

I neither purchased nor downloaded the App, but ads pop up a lot on my screen.  I think they might have been popping up before I even visited their website, prior to my window shopping there.

I hope they didnt plant any malware on my puter. 

Ill delete cookies and saved, prior temu webpages on History & see what happens.
