I really don't know what else to say about it because it's all been said on here.  It would be amazing if QVC listened to everyone's feedback/anger over this and did something about it.  Do I think they will?  No, I don't.  With the exception of keeping these boards open when people were upset over it last year, QVC rarely listens to anything we say.  Instead they are finding more and more ways to alienate their existing customers.

 

Many of us keep coming back even though they make mistakes beyond the norm for any company.  There have been long ship times, cancelled orders, easy pay "glitches", wrong items being sent, empty boxes being delivered, no return labels, months to receive a refund, being charged ridiculous amounts to return items, errors on online items, etc.  The list goes on and on, but somehow many of us keep coming back.  It's because we are loyal customers and there are things about QVC that we do really like.  However, when there is something like free shipping being offered to some, but not all, it really makes a person stop and think about the priority of this company.

 

It's all getting so old.

I have a handful of Easy Pays left, then "I'm totally *POOF* fr QVC retail."

Looking forward to that day. soon.. & will gleefully celebrate.

 

I hung on to QVC, wayy too long..out of either loyalty, stupidity, or both..

.. (Some time later, I'll explain the unforgivable, absolute "last straw" I've experienced with QVC).

 

Remember when Customers were finicky with their money, & retailers tried harder to please, & keep Customers?       ahh.. the Memories....

It's all exemplified in the old Christmas movies, ..

    like "Miracle on 34th Street" .. Macy's & Gimbal's battled for customers..

 

When have you last seen that at QVC?

 

If not picky & demanding, with our customer money, ...

..  *ESP DURING our CRUNCHY INFLATION*...

  .. then when???
