One day these clowns are going to come across the wrong person and that will be the end of that. Literally!

I know here in the Los Angeles area, should anyone behave in such a way, they'd get the living daylights beat out ot them.  Maybe that wouldn't be so bad as a lot of people only understand brutality to get a message.

I've read a few minutes ago that @birdmama read that 28 states had reported these Clown Scares. I have seen on the local news for the past 2 weeks of some very serious Clown Attacks with in a radius of "us" 15- 35 miles away.

The last report was Sunday night, around 10p.m. We have no problem at this time but THIS IS very SERIOUS behavior.

Throughout a 20 minute across town \ different areas\ there has been over 25 new sightings. One young adult female had a knife pulled on her. She was able to get away, but 3 people have their entire Clown attire with full Clown faces captured on cell phones.

In the beginning I thought this to be a stupid Halloween costume joke, but NO(!) it's quite the opposite.

As I have heard from the news, these scary clowns jump out from behind bushes, trees or buildings in broad daylight.

I find this to be extremely serious; apparently police have tried to gather leads in finding these masked clowns. They do wait, as I have heard, for a child walking alone. One offered candy to one child Saturday evening walking around the park, so frightening she ran for safety.

I had no idea of the supposedly 28 states. I definitely did hear that many children are being their target.

The cell phones shots that captured these Clown faces were masked and not the typical look of what I would describe as a circus or party type clown, from the tv news from their downtown station, approximately 50 minutes, via car- from where I live. Very horror movie looking!

@NAES1

When I read things like this I say out loud "What is Wrong with People?"

Scaring someone like a jerk is bad enough.  Pulling a knife on someone is taking it to a whole 'nother level.

Too many average citizens have permits to carry, if you get my meaning.  One of these clowns is gonna run up on the wrong person.

Here where I live a few clowns have been showing up in odd places....some people complained to police.....but the police said there is nothing they can do. It is not against the law to dress like a clown.

Last night, Sunday - October 02, was the 5th reporting that both my husband and I have seen { with the cell phone pictures } CLOSE UP. Each one is different. Each one was cell phoned captured 20 miles from each other.

If I hear or see future news sightings, I will report back.

Creepy Clowns are a thing.  They've been spotted in diferent states.

CNN:

"For the past several months, creepy clowns have been terrorizing America, with sightings of actual clowns in at least 10 different states.

These fiendish clowns have reportedly tried to lure women and children into the woods, chased people with knives and machetes, and yelled at people from cars. They've been spotted hanging out in cemeteries and they have been caught in the headlights of cars as they appear alongside desolate country roads in the dead of night."

To this day I can still see the visual of them chasing him down the street, and catching him.

ETA - BTW, for anybody who may not have seen this, the citizens pretty much beat the carp out of Ramirez before the cops got there to bring him in.

It seems they appear almost exclusively in the eastern part of the US.  I wonder why?
