I think he looks exactly like a combination of Frank S. and Mia F. , but mostly Frank.

I don't think he looks anything like Nancy Sinatra or Woody Allen.

When all this came out a few years ago, I read Ronan Farrow did learn who really is his father. He had no intentions of making it public.

Wonder what Barbara Sinatra thought about all this? The publicity must have been hurtful as it meant that Frank was cheating on her.  Mia would have been cheating on Woody. 

Ronan was definitely not born when Mia was married to Frank.  He was born during a period when Mia and Woody appeared to be a solid couple??

I've never really believed Ronan is Sinatra's son.  I thought Mia made the comment as a dig at Woody and it caught on.  She never said it while Sinatra was alive.  He might have denied it. Barbara was alive though.  I don't know if she ever commented or not. 

I think Ronan knows very well who his father is but he goes along with the Sinatra story because he hates Woody Allen and why not?  Those kids appear to have suffered a lot.

I am not a Woody fan or defender, or a Mia fan either, this is just the impression I got at the time. 

To me, Ronan looks like Mia and maybe her father, actor John Farrow.  I also thought he had brownish or hazel eyes but all the pictures I see now are blue, so maybe I dreamed that LOL.  Without DNA who really knows?

Young John Farrow.  I found a really good picture one time on the internet that I thought looked like Ronan, but I can't find it again, so again it's hard to say without DNA.  This one looks like Mia LOL.

Rowan was on cnn just now,  he certainly looks like his mom,i kept wondering how tall he is ,looks like a thin built ,but mia always was to.

Nah .....   People see what they want to see.  I think Ronan looks most like his mother.  At this point, who cares if FS was his father?

  Hard to fathom how anyone could look at Ronan Farrow, FS, and WA, and not think FS was his father.

  He's the spitting image of Frank.

  Of course he resembles Mia as well - she's his mother.

  Just because Mia made no public comment while FS was alive doesn't mean he didn't know. I'm sure he probably did.

  As for who cares:  probably Ronan, Mia, the Sinatra family, Woody Allen, and so on....
