I remember when Nabisco stopped making the marshmallow sandwich cookies which I loved.  When Nabisco discontinued these cookies I lost a favorite treat.  However, I would buy the Vanilla wafers and put a marshmallow between two of them as a substitute!  No, it wasn't the same as the marshmallow sandwich cookie but it  tasted good.  The vanilla wafers  allowed me to at least have my treat back!!!!!!

I remember vanilla wafers but we had homemade chocolate chip cookies 🍪 as a staple.

No, if we had store bought cookies, they were something chocolate covered.

In our house full of tea drinkers, we had SocialTea cookies and Lorna Doones.

I remember Lorna Doones but only had them once in a while. My DH's best buddy;s mom made some cloyingly sweet 'nilla wafer' dessert made with them and some eagle brand milk . . . it truly hurts me teeth to even think about it! LOL!

no, too plain. 

we usually had anything by KEEBLER.....we liked to keep the elves busy! lol

we also loved lemon coolers and lime coolers......maybe orange also?

my dad LOVED lorna doones and social tea cookies. he was a big tea drinker.
