When you were a kid did you have Nabisco Vanilla Wafers as a staple in your house?

No, not a staple.

Every few months if mom could afford it, she would buy a box of vanilla pudding mix, bananas and the Vanilla Wafers and we would have banana pudding, it was a treat.
