@RinaRina even thought the Courts are closed, you can still get the info by checking the County Tax Office on line in the County you live. That should give you the information you need. Do it on line.
I´m talking about the person who owns the property now.

@RinaRina that would be the County Tax Assessor and you can search by address.

I don't believe the RE agent will give you any information on a pending sale. May I ask why you want to know?

Sure! There are 2 mini-sheds on the side of the house.
For the last few years when I've walked past that house, I've always wished I could get 2 sheds like theirs already assembled.
Well there they were --- and the house was vacant!
I should've asked the owner WHEN the house was up for sale but I didn't think about it.
I thought sheds on a property were good selling points which potential buyers would like to have. Why would the seller want to sell them?

@RinaRina don´t be surprised if the sheds were included in the Listing, but you can still ask.

@RinaRina we have a county website with gis info including a virtual map that allows us to click on the parcel and get all kinds of info, such as current owner, what they paid for the property, assessments, property size, etc.
Just another idea for you. I use it often for all kinds of stuff.

All of that is public information after the sale, not during.

It wouldn't hurt to ask.............Throughout the many years, We've seen new owners buy a property, and wipe out almost (sometimes completely) every single beautiful thing on a property.
Who knows, the new owners might want to knock down and remove/dump those sheds.

I just thought of something.........Maybe leave a note on their doorstep?
I'm guessing that the new owners will come by, check out everything, etc.

That's why I said, "Current owner".
I'm not sure how long it usually takes before sale info is updated. Might be different now, too, if workforce is depleted.
